How does
Anger Coaching work?
|
|
|
Individual Anger Management Coaching programs are designed specifically for you as an individual.
I don’t use a “one size fits all” approach.
Individual programs are designed as a series of seven appointments. The first session
is approximately two hours.
During the first part of the session, we will get to know each other. We will discuss
the reasons for your sessions – the changes you want to create. I will be explaining how my Anger Management Coaching
will help you achieve those changes.
|
For optimal results, I also recommend you send me an email 24 hours before each session.
In the email tell me about; current concerns, breakthroughs since the last session, new goals objectives for the upcoming
session, and questions you might have for me. After required satisfactory
completion of all seven Coaching sessions of the Anger Management Coaching program, a Certificate of Completion and a signed letter of completion are awarded.
|
The first session is approximately two hours. During this time, we'll discuss
the anger problem and how best to help you learn to respond thoughtfully instead of reacting with Anger. .
The subsequent six sessions will be approximately 45 minutes
to one hour in length.
Ideally, the sessions will be scheduled
one to two weeks apart. In these subsequent sessions, together we will evaluate your progress, assess
areas still needing attention, and if necessary adjust the plan. Your positive self talk and motivation is stressed with each
session.
|
Anger Management Coaching Sessions are sold as a package and can be paid for by
credit card, check, or cash in advance of the sessions.
I accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. If additional sessions for other Coaching
reasons are needed after the original Anger Management Coaching session package of seven, they may be purchased individually.
When you call for your free consultation, we can discuss my professional fees for my sessions at that time.
