How Does the Anger Coaching Program Work?


 Individual Anger Management Coaching programs are designed specifically for you as an individual.  I don’t use a “one size fits all” approach.

Individual programs are designed as an 8 hour program.  It can either be 4 two hour appointments, or a 7 session program with the first being 2 hours, and subsequent sessions 1 hour.

During the first part of the session, we will get to know each other. We will discuss the reasons for your sessions – the changes you want to create. I will be explaining how my Anger Management Coaching will help you achieve those changes.

Ideally, the sessions will be scheduled one to two weeks apart.   In these subsequent sessions, together we will evaluate your progress, assess areas still needing attention, and if necessary adjust the plan. Your positive self talk and motivation is stressed with each session.

For optimal results, I also recommend you send me an email 24 hours before each session. In the email tell me about; current concerns, breakthroughs since the last session, new goals objectives for the upcoming session, and questions you might have for me.

After required satisfactory completion of all seven Coaching sessions of the Anger Management Coaching program, a Certificate of Completion and a signed letter of completion are awarded.

Anger Management Coaching Sessions are sold as a package and can be paid for by credit card, check, or cash in advance of the sessions.  

I accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.  If additional sessions for other Coaching reasons are needed after the original Anger Management Coaching session package of seven, they may be purchased individually.
